The Big Apple was having a 90s hairstyle revival on the catwalks with slightly grungy, loose styles being prevalent at Charlotte Ronson and Rebecca Taylor. To achieve this look, hair needs to be clean, rough dried then smoothed out with a Denman Grooming Brush. Add a little texturising powder such as L'Oréal’s Super Dust to finish the look.
