6. Is it true that anything about SPF 30 doesn’t work? I’ve heard SPF 50 and 75 are pointless.
No, this isn’t necessarily true either. If your skin feels comfortable with SPF 50 or 100 that’s fine, but keep in mind that more SPF means more sun filtering ingredients, which might cause irritation. Before slathering the full dosage of high SPF sunscreen on your face, try spreading a little bit under your eyelid. If your eyes start watering, then try something else!
