Sunscreens, facial sprays, intense moisturisers, and more products that will relieve the effects of Singapore’s driest month in 145 years
In case you haven’t figured it out, Singapore’s going through a drought. In fact, this is the driest month we’ve experienced since 1869 – and it doesn’t help that the weather is cloudless, hot, and sunny every single day.
If you haven’t already incorporated SPF products and hydrating gels into your routine, now would be a good time to start. Unlike the sticky, coconut-scented sunscreens of yore, sun protection’s actually pretty light and comfortable now – and well worth the effort, considering how much being outside nowadays puts us at risk for skin cancer. Plus, most facial sun screens now include anti-aging benefits (after all, few things age us like excessive sun exposure).
So the next time you’re in a department store, a Watsons, or a Guardian, head over to the beauty aisle and check out one of these handy products.
