Local personalities including Xu Bin, Oli Pettigrew, and Royston Tan attended the launch of Timberland's Workshop in VivoCity, which was hosted by Henry Golding
For its 40th anniversary, Timberland launched The Workshop, a contemporary version of the original Timberland Factory. The event, held last Thursday in VivoCity, attracted over 100 guests, including celebrities like stage thespian Adrian Pang, TV host Oli Pettigrew, filmmaker Royston Tan, DJ Xie Jia Fa, fashion director Daniel Boey, and actor Xu Bin. The event invited local artisans to show off their craftsmanship. Artists drew customised ink nature-inspired designs on Timberland Yellow Boots, which guests could keep upon completion, while other craftsmen led guests in activities like silk-screening and leather stamping.
Playing emcee, Travel and TV host Henry Golding conducted a fashion Q & A with "Style Foreman" Lionnel Lim, who taught the audience how to customise Timberland boots according to one's own style. Models also treated guests to a short fashion show, where they strutted down a grass carpet wearing stylish leather and outdoor apparel.
As the event ended, lucky guests were able to leave the venue with a pair of yellow boots each.
