Perfect beach wear
For many women, bikini shopping can often prove terrifying and a study by Flinders University, Australia, has found that trying on a swimsuit can indeed lead to the darkening of a woman's mood.
The psychologists found that even thinking about trying on a swimsuit increases a woman's self-objectification, which refers to the act of viewing oneself from an outside perspective and it is more likely to dampen a mood than the act of actually wearing a new swimming costume.
But don't let the thought of purchasing swimwear get you down. We've spoken to stylist Mark Heyes to find the best bikinis for your body shape to make the experience a lot less painful.
"It is a huge market for the high street, so there is something out there for literally everyone, it's just a matter of finding it," insists Mark, author of Get The Look: Designer Style on a High Street Budget. "But start doing it now, because otherwise you leave it too late and that's when people start panic buying."
Here are Mark's top tips on finding the perfect beach wear for your body shape.
