Mariah Carey’s gown at the Oscars in 2010 is a snoozefest. While Nicki’s ensemble at the Grammys this year got tongues wagging, we’re a little turned off by its obvious call for attention.

Winner: How do you pick between boring and pretty, versus interesting but obnoxious? We’re going to go with Mariah here. Sure, her outfit doesn’t have a lot of personality, but it’s flattering. As Mariah Carey, she has nothing to prove – her legacy and talent speak for themselves.
