An explosion of local artistes on the red carpet this year led to some standout sartorial choices and some, well, interesting ones (to say the least)

HOT: Chew Chor Meng

How many times can you get away with being decked out H2T (head to toe) in… Zara? Chew Chor Meng did just that and with style. A black ribbed jacket and two shades of grey (other 48 shades not included) made this combo a standout. Playing with layers, length and textures, Chor Meng’s grey overcoat was cut just so, although the trousers may have needed some tailoring. The get-up has Matrix vibes, but was no cheesy Keanu Reeves ode. Classy sums this up.
