After countless angry tweets, blog posts, and online apologies from the offending party, Diner en Blanc is finally upon us. Tomorrow night, a few hundred people here in Singapore will head to the secret pop-up picnic, which requires attendees to dress in white and bring their own tables, chairs, and food.
You’d think that it’d be easy to find an all-white outfit, as those lacy little white dresses are all the rage right now, but it was surprisingly challenging for us to create a getup that didn’t make us look like nurses or bridesmaids.
So for those of you doing some last-minute shopping today, how about a little inspiration from these Hollywood celebs? Consider this a gallery of what to wear, as well as what to avoid for the big night.
