Lush lashes

The eyes have it. Or at least, the eyelashes.

And we all need a little boost to our eyelashes and brows no matter how thick or full we think they are. Furthermore, with the process of ageing, lashes just don't grow as fast as they used to.

Enter Elizabeth Arden's new Prevage Clinical Lash + Brow Enhancing Serum, a radical new treatment clinically proven to make lashes and brows appear fuller, longer and healthier. According to their clinical study, 100 per cent of the women involved displayed a visible improvement in the look of their lashes in two weeks. At four weeks, they showed a 40 per cent improvement in the appearance of thickness, length and density of lashes.

Sounds too good to be true? Well, we put it to the test. The results? Those sparse areas in between our lashes and brows appeared fuller, lusher, longer and healthier in a matter of weeks (thanks, apparently, to its powerful concoction of an exclusive triple peptide complex and blend of Pro-Vitamin B5 and antioxidants). Lash breakage, too, was minimised.

As for whether it worked to our satisfaction, well, we were asked a few times what mascara we were using when our lashes were out au naturel. After all, what good would a tube of mascara do without a healthy and full set of lashes acting as its playground?
