Be kind to yourself
It's so easy putting yourself last. We seem programmed to feel guilty when being good to ourselves. Forget that! If you've run yourself into the ground you're no good to anyone.
Heap some self-affirmations on yourself (who cares you're packing a few pounds around the hips - it's your funny, kind and/or caring side people love), switch-on a kinder internal voice, switch-off the inner critical one, and recognise the fact that overly high expectations damage self-esteem.
