After a year off from blogging, Aun Koh has re-launched his phenomenally popular gourmet-travel blog, Chubby Hubby (www.chubbyhubby.net) with an upgraded and more visually stimulating version complete with an editorial team of 11 writers and an editor. Granted, he and his wife Tan Su-Lyn will still be churning out most of the content.

"Maybe it's my taste buds, but I don't get the hype surrounding the croissants from Tiong Bahru Bakery. I think the ones at Kitchenette are much better. And here, I don't have to wait in line."

"Not a particularly large dish, but I feel that it's the perfect portion for kick-starting my day without feeling too full."
