TURKISH DELIGHTS AT CAROUSEL. In collaboration with Turkish Cultural Centre, Carousel’s first Turkish promotion will feature guest chefs Ahmet Akpinar and Cafer Kokcek and their take on traditional savouries and desserts. In addition to the buffet’s already noteworthy satellite kitchens, diners can look forward to signature dishes such as the Hunkar Begendi, a traditional dish of meat stew served on a bed of creamy, roasted eggplant puree, famously dubbed the Sultan’s Delight. Desserts include a familiar fried dough drenched in syrup, as well as the Zerde Sutlac, a baked rice and milk pudding. Diner only. Royal Plaza on Scotts. Until March 22.
