A chic claypot-style hotpot hawker stall opened by a former naval diver and a banker. It’s located in a coffeeshop beside the ABC Brickworks Market and Food Centre. The thirty-somethings offer just three items on the menu for now: the Spicy Fragrant Chicken, Red Wine Chicken and Fish Head Hotpots (from $19.90). What’s special is that these are served as regular “dry” claypot versions first (except for the fish head). When you’ve polished off the meat, a pork-chicken broth is then poured in to “transform” your claypot dish into a soupy hotpot. You can add meatballs and prawns ($3 per plate) into your soup too.
