New + Noted: Naughty Pigs
This casual, self-service 100-seater specialises in flame-grilled pork, serving ribs, pork belly, collar and chops rubbed in a homemade “Asian-style marinade,” then cooked on a grill. It’s owned by three pals with day jobs. Main courses include the Naughty Mate ($17), 400g of soft bone ribs, as well as the Naughty Belly ($9), pork belly served with rice and salad. Pair with its signature spicy chilli sauce. Sure sounds a lot like Naughty Nuri’s Warung in Bali.
