Bikini Bar Reopens with Brand New Look

When we think of classic sandy hangout venues with the promise of a pristine beach front experience, we'd recall places like Bali, Goa and Miami, the granddaddies of all beach bar destinations. While these big players do offer the best beach party venues, with excellent bar grub to compliment, they aren't exactly just a drive away.

Rather than spending your festive bonus travelling to a beach paradise abroad, grab your favourite string bikini, or shorts for the gents, and get your groove on at Siloso's 'new' Bikini Bar.

What's the buzz: After four gruelling months of intensive renovations, advocates of the Bikini Bar can finally appease withdrawal symptoms with its recent reopening, on 5 January 2013. But having been away for a long period of time now, it's only natural for all to expect something a little different or at least, something bigger. With that being said, the beach bar doesn't disappoint as with its reopening, the sultry bar unveils a spanking new design concept and fresh offerings to beach dwellers and advocates alike.

New features in the Bikini Bar include a display of beer bottles lined above the new four-cornered bar counter.

The look: Gone are the small bar counter and dull interior. Bringing about a chic and playful atmosphere, the revamped bar features a prominent display of familiar green bottles, lined above a larger bar counter, along with an expansive exhibition of beers and other alcoholic beverages as a centrepiece. But not all has changed: mainstays include the bikini clad bartenders and the beach bar's eccentric mantra 'Life's a beach!', with which it pledges to hold true in hopes of being a hot favourite amongst the young at heart searching for a fun-loving and authentic beach bar experience.

Food and drinks: Along with a range of ice-cold beers, Tequilas and Margaritas, the Bikini Bar offers delectable bar bites such as chicken wings, tacos and nachos. Also, with all-day beer promotions and daily Happy Hour from 5pm to 8pm, there's every reason to head down to Bikini Bar to grab a cold one at the end of a tiresome week. 

Entertainment: What's food without some great entertainment? From 2pm every weekend, resident DJ, Jason T will spin the latest Dance, Hip-Hop, R&B, Indie and Alternative tunes to bring life and energy to the crowd. And specially catered for avid sports fans, the Bikini Bar will screen major Football, Rugby and Tennis games during their seasons.
