Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Métiers d’Art show was constructed to resemble a rodeo. The Paris-Dallas 2013/14 collection was held at Dallas Fair Park, a National Historic Landmark renowned for its Art Deco architecture.
Besides the gorgeous mid-calf skirts, snappy cocktail dresses, long flowing gowns and sculpted suit jackets that come in Chanel’s mainstay colours of white, beige and red, Chanel also focused on the make up of each of the 47 models that walked down the runway.
Chanel’s Métiers d’Art collection will leave you looking like a flawless natural beauty.
For a flawless uncomplicated finish, each face was kept blush-free and instead used gold dust to highlight the cheekbone definition and create precise cross hatched details.
With touches of blush pink and prairie hues such as browns, grays and wheat-tones, the backstage beauty collection offered by Chanel helps play up one’s natural beauty and accentuates the best assets of one’s face.
The classic black Chanel packages make collection extremely irresistible.
The collection will be made available early this year.
