Madonna is the queen of fitness. Even in her 50s she follows an intense exercise regime which involves daily sessions of ashtanga yoga, Pilates, weight training and cardiovascular activities to burn those calories.
Ashtanga yoga is the most vigorous form of yoga and is something that Madonna is said to practice every morning. It is great for toning muscles and improving your cardio as well as improving flexibility, strength and stamina. But unless you've been practicing yoga for a long time then this isn't for you as it's quite intense and is very demanding on your body.
