After resting and repeating the three exercises, try incorporating a skipping rope for your final three-minute cardio session, skipping for 30-second intervals followed by 30 seconds of jogging and 30 seconds walking up and down stairs. Finish with the core workout.

"Most of my actresses want smaller waists," reveals Ramona, "especially if they're in tight catsuits like Kate in Underworld. It's a nice way to pull in the waist, doing plank and exercises to target the transverse abdominals.

"I usually suggest three ab exercises in a row, such as 10-15 reps of crunches and bicycle, then hold plank for 30 seconds. Then repeat the three exercises."
