"And by keeping rest to a minimum, intensity high and the workouts challenging, you'll get effective results, losing weight, building lean muscle tissue and strengthening your abs and core muscles."
If you think the A-list stars are ultra-motivated when it comes to exercise, Ramona reveals they've got the same kind of insecurities and fitness dislikes as the rest of us.
"Most of my ladies don't love working on their legs - it's harder work, but I manage to slip the moves in here and there in with every workout so they don't even notice it, because that's where the weight loss happens."
