"Tricep kickbacks are great for the jiggly bits behind the arms which every lady complains about, including every actress I work with," says Ramona. "When you're appearing on the red carpet in your great dress, think what body parts people see - it's your shoulders, your triceps, your biceps."
Stand with 3kg dumbbells in your hands, knees slightly bent. With your abs contracted, hinge forward at the waist keeping your elbows bent at right angles and into your sides with your palms facing in. Then extend your arms behind you, making sure the upper part of your arms stays still. Return slowly to the start then repeat for 15 reps.
