Keeping up with the Kardashians star (and girlfriend to rapper Kanye West) Kim Kardashian is no stranger to seeing her curvaceous bikini body splashed all over the tabloids. It's hardly surprising, as Kim clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining her enviable, au naturale figure. But how hard is it to keep curves like these sculpted without looking overweight, or thin enough without evaporating her most precious assets?
Personal trainer Gavin Walsh says: "Kim may well have been blessed with good genes, but unless those curves are exercised regularly they'll soon head south. She needs to eat all natural foods as well as train at least three times a week with a combination of resistance training and cardio."
