Her TV show isn’t the only guilty pleasure we associate with Kim Kardashian. We’re also obsessed with her body and her habit of flaunting what she’s got. Her luscious, toned curves are the most talked about in the business, not to mention refreshing. We asked the experts how she does it.
Resist it
Many women, including Kim herself, tend to shy away from resistance training for fear of bulking up. After all, as much as we're in awe of our successful Team GB athletes, most of us wouldn't choose to look exactly like them (although a Jessica Ennis' six-pack would be nice). But moderate resistance - or weight-training - won't add bulk, but rather give muscles that healthy tone when combined with cardiovascular exercise like running, cycling or swimming. "The good news is that unless you are hitting the weights every day like a champion bodybuilder you are not going to turn into the Incredible Hulk. The fact is that women don't produce enough testosterone. Just look at Kim, she hits the weights 3-5 times a week!" says Walsh. Phew!
