"Kim follows a training program that rotates upper and lower body resistance training each day, so that she targets every muscle group.
"As well as alternating upper and lower body resistance exercises Kim will perform cardio intervals. This involves sprinting for 30 seconds followed by a minutes rest for several rounds. You don't have to hit the treadmill to do this, old fashioned exercises such as jumping jacks will even do the job as long as you push hard during the working interval."
