How to get a body like Kim Kardashian
Her TV show isn’t the only guilty pleasure we associate with Kim Kardashian. We’re also obsessed with her body and her habit of flaunting what she’s got. Her luscious, toned curves are the most talked about in the business, not to mention refreshing. We asked the experts how she does it.

Nutritionist Claire Harper says: "For women who want to retain or put on weight I'd suggest lots of healthy fats including avocados, olives, and oily fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines. These are incredibly nutritious and anti-inflammatory."
Harper warns against too many sugars and carbohydrates, "which do make you fatter but in a very unhealthy way, which could cause high blood sugar levels and inflammation which trigger diabetes, heart disease and arthritis."
While most of us unfortunately weren't blessed by the same curve-loving gods as Kim (not to mention the bank balance), we can adopt a healthy lifestyle that improves our body shape and, hopefully, teaches us to flaunt what we've got too.
