Robbie Williams has been dogged with weight issues since first being seen as a skinny kid in early Take That videos. For a few years he seemed to yo-yo between skinny and chubby, and was memorably called “the fat dancer from Take That€ by Oasis' Noel Gallagher.

No longer. Williams tweeted a pic of himself looking seriously buff recently, with a washboard stomach and biceps like balloons. How did he do it? Well, he’s clearly been hitting the gym, but Robbie'€™s transformation also proves the power of motivation. He and Gary Barlow were reportedly involved in a contest to see who could get in the best shape for Take That'€™s tour last year.
