What it is: Ceroc is more of a social style of dance and usually requires a partner. It can be best described as a mix of salsa and jive but with less complicated footwork. Its main influences include French jive, swing, lindy hop, and rock and roll and can be danced to almost any piece of music with a regular beat.

How many calories you burn: Depending on the pace of the dance, an hour of Ceroc could see you burning between 300-500 calories.

Body parts it tones: Ceroc is great for the legs and bums but will also get most of your major muscles working.
