What is it: BodyJam is a cardio workout that fuses the latest dance styles with some great music and puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Most classes are around 55 minutes long and are pre-choreographed, so no matter where you do the class the choreography will be the same. Like all the LES MILL programmes, a new class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

How many calories will it burn: You can expect to burn on average between 400-600 calories during a BodyJam class.

Body parts it tones: BodyJam is great for toning legs, bums and arms.
