F1 eats (Sept 21 – 23): Zafferano

This restaurant on the 43rd floor is closed for private events on the F1 weekend but is opened to the public the day before on Friday, when practices take place. So you can take in some F1 action over your set dinner ($125 per pax)comprising three dishes and a dessert. The main courses include the joint’s namesake, Zafferano, saffron-flavoured risotto topped with foie gras and quail leg confit, and Oxtail Ravioli with celeriac cream and truffle sauce.
