This is one home baker turned commercial baker who’s worth her salt. We like that thirtysomething profit strategist Olivia Lim specialises in cookies (11 types, priced from $16 to $20 per 200g) instead of done-to-death cupcakes. Moreover, her morsels, which are beautifully packed in pretty foil packets, are delicious. The cookies are made with fresh ingredients, zero artificial additives or preservatives. The crisp bite and zippy flavour of the Tangy Lime and earthy Double Chocolate Chip are lovely.
