Interesting fact: Singapore is the first country where you can get your hands dirty on Carl’s Jr’s Thai-inspired burger. It’s not even available in Bangkok, where they just opened one outlet. We’re flattered. What we love most about this hulking new offering is the riot of flavours in the tangy spicy-sweet Thai chilli sauce that coats the battered chicken breast fillet, and the refreshingly sharp red onions. Rather moreish if sinful. Our only grouse is that there’s too much mayo in this — but just ask for less and you’ll be good to go. Available at all Carl’s Jr outlets.
