Cho\loe

Chloe Tai's big on arts and really wants to get into theatre, but societal pressures made her reconsider her course of study. Despite the setback, Chloe doesn't want to settle as a corporate slave either as "they might be very successful but some of them seem miserable with their jobs. I want to be happy in what I'm doing". Come on, Singapore, stop killing the dreams.

How's it going?
I'm doing good. I'm currently busy with my fashion-marketing course at school. I originally intended to study theatre arts, but my parents were opposed to it because you can't really do much with a theatre degree in Singapore.

So you're interested in acting?
Yeah, I've been acting since I was 14; that's really my passion. But I decided to get into modelling for fun and also for the exposure, which is why I joined the FHM Models search.

What have you been up to since the contest ended?
I've been modelling more and I've also just completed a TVC for Triumph's new line of corsets.

What's one thing you've done in the past year that you're really proud of?
There are some things I've completed that I'm moderately pleased with, but not really proud of because I have very high expectations of myself. And to be honest, I haven't actually done anything that I feel I can gloat about yet, but hopefully this will change in the near future.
