Fendi launches the male follow-up to Fan Di Fendi with the help of Mark Ronson.

Late last year, Mark Ronson was unveiled as the face of the latest Fendi perfume for men, Fan di Fendi Pour Homme. The British multi-hyphenate musician fronts the male version of 2011’s Fan di Fendi, and also stars alongside Polish model Anja Rubik in the advertising campaign. Here, the 37-year-old tells us about his involvement with Fendi’s first male scent in eight years.

What was your first meeting with the Fendi executives like?

They told me that they wanted somebody in tune with the Fendi universe to represent the scent. And also someone who likes music, design and fashion.

Who is the Fan di Fendi man?

I suppose that he is elegant but with a twist in his style like what we find in the Fendi men’s collections. He also likes to seduce — his fragrance makes him magnetic. And of course, he cares about his looks.
