    For the launch of its latest collection, Ray-Ban took over a grungy factory workshop, District 1937, in the heart of the Big Apple’s Garment District. Inside, Ray-Ban’s range of iconic shades including the Aviator and Wayfarer were reinvented using surprising materials like leather and velvet. Iconic punk and new wave band Blondie and its frontwoman Debbie Harry took to the stage and serenaded the crowd with their cult hits as District 1937 played host to New York’s cool kids that included Zoe Kravitz, Coco Rocha and Phillip Lim.
