First dates are there for good reasons: to have a good time with someone new, talk about things you wouldn’t normally talk about and live vicariously through their tales but which you’d never be caught dead doing. But it’s easy to judge someone you’ve never met using your own backstory. Don’t do it. Who knows, you might be writing off someone who could be good for you – and that’s a rare commodity these days.   

Go for conversations that elicit incredulous responses and incite enthusiasm. That will release pleasure inducing endorphins and adrenaline, both necessary evils to creating attraction. It’s really not about the content. It’s about the conscious way you interact and how you use body language to up your game.
