4. You don’t let work or aging get in the way

Sure, aging puts a damper on bedroom life - bad cholesterol, doing cigarettes – leading to unreliable erections, can’t “bend” or move “too fast,” and dreaded age-related pounds (less energy, not “flexible” anymore!) Work stress is an equal partner in crime. It does squat to increase libido. When you’re mentally pooped, teleporting elsewhere and sitting in silence sounds like heaven. Playing lover is the last thing on your mind. But beware: when a man waves his white flag signalling no sex drive, disaster strikes. Excuses that aren’t pro sex put you on the slippery slope of relationship death. Change your stamina cycle. Get active, eat the right foods (juice fruits and veggies, eat zinc rich foods to facilitate rising to the occasion). Keep erectile dysfunction at bay. It’s the devil in disguise.
