6. Ambush her with a spectacular kiss

As seen in: The Notebook, The Empire Strikes Back, Breakfast at Tiffany’s

This is by far the easiest gesture to pull off. Who doesn’t enjoy a toe-curling kiss? Just be sure that the girl actually likes you, and that she’d actually kiss you back, unless you want to get booked for assault.

It also helps if you do it in the middle of a storm, or if you precede it with an uber-romantic line, like the one in Gone with the Wind: "You need kissing badly. You should be kissed, and often. And by someone who knows how."
