Ban these thoughts: “I visited your parents (who aren’t my favorite beings) so I’m expecting extra sex as gratitude.”  Good relationships don’t keep score. When two souls beat as one, forgiveness prevails. Wise elders say: “Marriage is like a porcelain rice bowl. If your tally is right, resentment will build. One day those fine resentment lines will crack the bowl and sever your bond, because in life nothing is equal, not love between lovers, not friendship between friends.”
