7. Say what you mean, do what you say

Yes, a badge of honor still has its place in society. Nothing’s worse than agreeing to a compromise only to find out that you’ve been tricked. A person who manipulates you so that they get what they want, with no sensitivity to what you want or feel, loves himself most and has little space for others in his life. It’s like this - she’s dying to have “the talk” and you’re desperately trying to avoid it, so you dramatically say, “I’ll call you back if it’s the last thing I do on earth!” and then you don’t. That’s just shameful.
