First off, you have to get a grip on reality and not judge your self-worth based on your single-status at Valentine's. Yes, it can feel demoralising seeing Valentine's gifts and promotions everywhere you look - but in reality it's only demoralising if you let it be that way!

Why not try a different way of thinking this year? Like believing that there are many benefits to being single and that you should be enjoying it!
