'The most important tip is to do your homework and make sure you get the size right,' says Tricia. 'The best thing to do is take a sneaky peek into her lingerie drawer and check the labels; there is nothing worse than receiving a size 14 pair of knickers if you're actually a size 10. If in doubt, ask her friends!'
