We send so many emails during the course of the day that it's inevitable that we'll make at least one embarrassing mistake, be it misspelling someone's name or hitting "reply all" and accidentally CC'ing yourself. Most of the time, we can only facepalm and laugh it off with our colleagues when it happens. But do beware, as there are some mistakes that will cost you're your job as well as your reputation.
